Prophets of the future predict, that the 21st century will be brimful of     

the most dazzling achievements made by human civilization till date.

They also foresee that despite the marvels in technology and a growing

sense of responsibility towards society - mankind will continue to be

plagued by health and environmental ills.

H.E.D.S. was conceived on the basis that - even if many environmental

and health issues seem too distant to affect us, or too large for any of us

to make a difference everyone of us can make a difference.
